NLP Books

We’re often asked “What NLP book do you recommend for…”

Here you can find a series of books we recommend from our NLP Dojo courses and some general book recommendations for specific applications.

Introduction to NLP: a good all around Intro to NLP book that we always recommend is, Introduction to NLP
by Seymour and O’Connor.

Depending on how you like your books, you could also try Frogs into Princes: Neuro Linguistic Programming. Frogs is an edited version of several live seminars put together in book form by Steve Andreas. It is much more spoken than written but is a fun read nonetheless.

Course NLP 107 – Timelines:

Written by anthropologist, Edward T. Hall,  The Silent Language is an excellent analysis of how people perceive time and how that is in itself a means of communication.

Although Steve Andreas claims to have discovered Timelines a year before Tad James (and we have no reason to doubt him and suspect the claim is 100% true), however Tad was first to publish. Time Line Therapy and the Basis of Personality is also a good read.
